I mildly scratched my bumper. I called the dealer and they stated, “when we need a paint job, we use Bruce’s Super Body Shop on Midlothian Turnpike”. I was able to get expert care from Michael High. The place is a showcase of what type of services they offer. Outstanding!!!!!! The place and staff are amazing. If ever I need their assistance in the future, they are my go-to place. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever visited. The level of professional hospitality is incredible. I recommend them to everyone. Honestly is their policy.

Best possible experience. Everybody was friendly and helpful, the work was done fast, it looks great, and the price was very reasonable. Nobody wants to need a body shop, but if you do, I’d definitely recommend these guys.

10/10 from the from staff to the mechanics, everyone was super nice! When I call without my secret number, they are willing and patient to look me up by name, I love this place! If I have any other damage, no question on who I want taking care of my car. Any change that occurred my mechanic was emailing and making sure I was okay and updated along the way (you rock Carroll) Best body shop in Richmond! Also my car was sparking better than it was when I brought it from the Honda dealership when I picked it up, I’m so grateful for Bruce’s! Thank you guys so much.

Thank you, Tyson. I just came out of Harris Teeter doing some shopping after work and saw that I had a flat tire. Immediately Tyson came over to help. I drove very slowly to the nearest gas station to pump some air in my tire so I could go get the hole plugged, and Tyson followed in his truck to make sure I was okay. Although I never had service at Bruce's Super Body Shop, Tyson, who was wearing a work shirt, was incredibly helpful and giving of his time.

This was my 2nd time having repairs on my Tahoe at Bruce's. I was SO pleased with the service from start to finish, both times. The front desk staff are professional and courteous. The estimator, Tim, was so kind and took time to call me (2x) with updates on my vehicle part arriving/my vehicle being ready for pick up. Tim is a fabulous employee and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers he's working with and providing 5-star service. Mr. Tyson and Ms Kim helped me greatly, they made sure what I came there for was taken care of. Bruces Super Body Shop is an excellent professional place to have your car repaired if ever you needed bodywork done. I don't usually write reviews but Bruce's did a GREAT job on my Honda! I had trouble with insurance and getting everything straight. But bruce's was so helpful during it all. Faith was very nice and helped me deal with the issues I was having with the insurance. My car looked awesome!

"Nice, interesting lookin' body shop and they have great service. The receptionist, I think her name was Chelsea, was very nice, professional and helpful and the technicians did a beautiful did a beautiful job on my Cadillac. Took a lot to find some of the parts but they did their best and found almost everything and put her back together just as good as new and the one part i thought they forgot about, they got me back in asap because of the lifetime warranty you automatically get by choosin' them to take a look and explained that the part doesn't exist anymore and you can't get it anywhere which was why they didn't replace it. I was more than satisfied and i support their business 100%"

If I had taken it anywhere else it was gonna be at least a month waiting time and I got my car back within 3 weeks. "I used Bruce's (Homeview Drive, Richmond location) for body work and painting. I had 4 different areas on my Jeep that needed attention. One of the areas was just a small scratch and when I went back to pick up my car I noticed that this area had been overlooked. The staff was very apologetic and assured me that I would not have to again wait for an appointment and that they would fit me in whenever it was convenient for me, which they did. Before I was able to get my car back in I put another few scratches on it after parking too close to a wire fence. When I went back to pick it up I was amazed and extremely impressed to find that they had completely taken care of this new damage for me at absolutely no additional charge! I really could not believe it! This was their way of apologizing for accidentally overlooking some of the original work order. Bret, who managed the work and estimate on my vehicle was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I cannot overemphasize his expertise and excellent customer service. The quality of the work was excellent, also. The paint matched perfectly and I could not tell that there had ever been any damage to the vehicle in the first place.
